SUPER ANTIOXIDANT ARONIAN DRINK

• 1 cup of aronia fruit or juice
• 3-4 protion of banana
• 1 cup of plain yogurt or kefir

ARONIA MUFFIN

• 1 ¼ cup Aronia (if dried, soak for a while in lukewarm water)
• 1 ½ cup flavour
• 1 cup roasted oat
• 2 ¼ tea spoon baking powder
• 1 tea spoon baking salt
• ½ tea spoon baking milled cinnamon
• ¾ cup sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 110 gr melted or cooled butter
• ½ cup whole milk
• Powdered sugar to sprinkle on demand

Pre-heat the oven to 180 ° C. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, butter and milk. Add this wet mixture into the dry mixture. Add Aronia last.

Divide the pastry dough you have prepared evenly into muffin cups. When you tap the muffin balls lightly, cook them for about 20 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then peel off the outer muffin cake tin and eat it.
